The dance calendar runs from January to December.

Four quarters in a ballet year (according to provincial schools).

One term written notice is required if classes are suspended.

The registration is an official agreement entered between Bravura Ballet School and Marna Bolt Ballet School and the parent/guardian.

Payment of class fees are strictly due the first week of each term or, when paid monthly, on the first of each month.

Two options of payment – quarterly or 12 months.

The studios are set up with separate accounts: Bravura Ballet School or Marna Bolt Ballet School.

All other monies (i.e. exam fees, costumes, pianist) are paid in cash only in an envelope clearly marked with the pupil’s name and surname and a receipt will be issued.

Exam fees are payable in cash only and strictly before the closing date as indicated. Late payment carries a 20% penalty – RAD rules.

Class fees include any extra classes required before the exam as well as Eisteddfod and/or show work.

No parents are allowed during classes except on “parents watching day”.

Children are expected to attend all classes for the full duration of class time. If children do not attend classes regularly, they will not be allowed to participate in exams and/or stage work.
